You will receive going support via phone, text, or email for questions after our session with the option to schedule additional visits for continued guidance.
- Observation of a full feeding session.
- Evaluation of latch, positioning, and milk transfer.
- Assessment of any feeding challenges, including low milk supply, oversupply, or painful nursing.
- Step-by-step support for proper latch and comfortable positioning.
- Tips for increasing or managing milk supply.
- Strategies for exclusive pumping, formula, or combination feeding, if needed.
- Guidance on establishing a breastfeeding routine in the early weeks.
- Identification of potential oral restrictions, such as tongue tie or lip tie

You'll fill out a form detailing your unique needs, we'll schedule your consult, and then our Lactation Consultant will come to you! Typically initial consults are 1.5 hours. Whether you're a first-time or a seasoned mom, our services are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.

Each support group meeting includes time for Q&A with the IBCLC, so you can get professional advice tailored to your situation.
- Prenatal Breastfeeding Class: Learn the basics of breastfeeding, including how to achieve a good latch, what to expect in the early days, and how to build and maintain your milk supply. Partners are encouraged to attend!
- Weekly Mom & Baby Meetups: Bring your baby and chat with other moms in a relaxed environment. Topics range from common breastfeeding challenges to self-care for moms.
- Newborn Feeding Circle: Perfect for moms in the first 12 weeks postpartum, this group offers focused support during the early stages of breastfeeding.
- Toddler Nursing Tribe: For moms continuing to nurse older babies or toddlers, this group provides guidance on extended breastfeeding and navigating new challenges.

Our night doula services allow you to rest and recover while knowing your baby is in expert hands.We care for your baby during the night, including feeding, diaper changes, and soothing, so you can enjoy uninterrupted rest. If you’re breastfeeding, we’ll gently wake you when it’s time to feed, or we can handle bottle feeding while you sleep.
Postpartum doula care is about more than just help—it’s about feeling supported, empowered, and confident as you navigate the early weeks and months with your baby. Our day and night services ensure you’re cared for around the clock, making the postpartum period more joyful and less stressful.
